All candidate declarations must be submitted to the election chair's office on the following days and times:

September 19 to October 3, 2025

Schedule

• September 23 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• September 24 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• September 25 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• September 30 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• October 1 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• October 2 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

On Friday, October 3, the office will be open continuously from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
