Thanks to a recreation agreement with the Town of Brome Lake, West Bolton residents wishing to register for a Brome Lake recreational activity benefit from an instant resident discount, family rates and access to facilities (sports fields and gymnasium).

The agreement also provides West Bolton residents with preferential access to all Town of Brome Lake paid parking lots, including the Douglass Beach and Tiffany Park parking lots (the parking meter at Brome Lake Town Hall is excluded from the agreement).

The Municipality of West Bolton has an intermunicipal agreement for the use of the Aquatic Centre with the Town of Cowansville. West Bolton residents benefit from the resident discount for covered activities.

Inter-municipal leisure activities and workshops are offered by the municipalities of Austin, Bolton-Est, Eastman, St-Étienne-de-Bolton, Stukely-Sud and Potton. Activities are offered 3 times a year, mainly at the Val-de-Grâce school in Eastman.
As the Municipality of West Bolton is not yet part of the agreement, please note that a 25% surcharge is applicable on registration fees.

The municipality is proud to offer its citizens access to Quebec's first public library, the PETTES Memorial Library;
West Bolton residents enjoy lending privileges, access to online resources and free use of the library's computer equipment.
