The Comité consultatif d'urbanisme (CCU) is a working group made up of at least one member of the municipal council and citizens chosen by the latter to guide, orient and support its action in urban planning matters. The CCU is responsible for studying and making recommendations on applications for minor variances, CPTAQ authorization requests and any other files referred to it.
The committee meets once a month. To submit a request to the Planning Advisory Committee, please fill out the required form and return it with all necessary documents at least 10 days before the next scheduled meeting.

The Mayor of the Municipality is automatically a member of the Planning Advisory Committee. He also has optional voting rights on the committee, although his vote is not mandatory.
