To apply for a permit, you must complete the application form and submit all required documents and information essential to a proper understanding of your project.
We strongly recommend that you submit your permit application at least 30 working days before work begins.
A subdivision permit is required, with some exceptions, when a cadastral operation is carried out on your property (lot subdivision; merging of two lots; etc.).
When your project does not comply with a provision of Zoning regulation number 264-2008 or Subdivision regulation number 265-2008, it is possible to apply for a minor variance.
